HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your BeEco Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to. Feel free to contact us at email@example.com
HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT?
The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk / spam folder or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS & PAYMENT?
After logging into your account, the status of your orders can be found under Order History. For orders sent via registered post, an Australia Post tracking number (article tracking number) will be emailed to you once the order is shipped.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDERS BEFORE I MAKE A PAYMENT?
After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?
For orders within Australia should expect to receive their orders within 1 to 8 working days upon payment verification, you will receive a notification via email when you order is on its way.

WHAT IS DELIVERY FEE?
If you spend over $49 your shipping will be free for domestic orders. For orders less that $49 a delivery fee of $7.95 applies to all orders over 200g within Australia. If your order is under 200 g you may be given the option to use untracked envelope postage for $2.20 per order.
If you are ordering internationally there is a delivery fee of $25.95. If your order is under 200 g you may be given the option to use untracked envelope postage for $3.20 per order.
HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR ORDERS
Your order will be hand packed with care by at our head office location in Sydney. Once your order is ready to send you will receive a notification via email, if you have a tracked order you will receive an Australia Post tracking number.
If you live within 3km of our office you will also have the option at check out to have location delivery by one of our staff members for a discounted rate.
HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS USING PAYPAL? HOW DOES IT WORK?
PayPal is an easy & secure way to make payments online. At the check out, you will be redirected to login to the PayPal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful PayPal payment, your order details will be sent to the BeEco team for processing.

CAN I PAY USING PAYPAL WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a PayPal account is needed in order to make payments through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal, although if you have an existing account it will be faster for you to check out.
