Beeco Trading does not have to provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully.
Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product for (1) damaged in transport or (2) incorrect goods received. We advise this must be done within 7 days of receiving your goods by telephone or email.
After confirming claims when receiving the returned goods at our warehouse, we shall then promptly (a) re-supply the item(s) or (b) credit the relevant invoice appropriately. Importantly it is always the customer’s responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening.
Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for re-supply or credit, if the goods are unopened & in their original condition.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as personal hygiene products, feminine hygiene products, dental floss, cotton buds or toothbrushes.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, showing signs of damage or missing parts.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Any change of mind returns on rugs must be made within 4 days of receiving the item and the rug must be undamaged, unworn and in original packaging. Any shipping costs associated with change of mind returns will be at the expense of the customer, the typical rate is $29.95 for metro areas + 12% restocking & handling fee.
While we do everything in our care to ensure products arrive to your customer in perfect condition, issues can arise. If there is an issue with the goods delivered such as the incorrect item or manufacturing fault, please notify us as soon as possible within 24 hours of delivery.
After you have contacted us regarding your order and we have agreed to process a return we will provide you with the address to send your order to.
Please note this is not the address for rug return, in order to return a rug we will need to arrange a specialist courier for you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will notify you once we receive your return and will process your refund or replacement item accordingly.
