As a community, we are facing an unprecedented challenge with the spread of COVID-19, also known as novel coronavirus. I wanted to provide you with an update as to what we are doing to keep our customers and our staff safe during this time of heightened concern.
As we are an online business, we are currently operating as normal in terms of fulfilling your orders and shipping them as quickly as possible.
We have instituted heightened hygiene procedures and policies for all staff, have cancelled all external meetings and visitors to our offices. Any BeEco staff member who feels unwell is not coming into work and is being actively supported by the company to ensure they only return to work once they have a clean bill of health.
Although we are working hard to minimise the impact of this crisis on our customers, there is also a possibility that we will encounter delays or disruptions in availability of stock and shipping, depending on how the situation continues to develop. Should we encounter any difficulties, we will communicate to you in a clear and transparent way what those issues are and how we are going to mitigate them.
Our team is working very hard behind the scenes to plan for a variety of contingencies, and are dedicated to ensuring we can operate as smoothly as possible during this trying time.
